Start with clean, dry skin — no lotions or oils. Peel off the protective film, position each cup where you want lift, and press firmly for a few seconds so the adhesive seals. If your style has a front clasp, fasten it to pull everything together for extra lift.

After each wear, gently wash the adhesive side with warm water and a drop of mild soap, then air-dry it sticky-side up. Once it's fully dry, the stickiness refreshes and it's ready to wear again — please skip the towel and hair dryer!

Every product page has a size chart — just match your usual bra size to find your fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable wear.
